Elliott Nursing and Rehabilitation is excited to share resident Rachel Wagoner’s Success Story!

Mrs. Rachel Wagoner came to Elliott Nursing and Rehabilitation for short-term rehabilitation following an acute hospitalization that left her weak and unsteady. Needing assistance with self-care and mobility, she faced challenges with balance and endurance. But with determination and the support of our Occupational and Physical Therapy teams, she worked hard every day to regain her strength!

We are incredibly proud of Mrs. Wagoner for her dedication and perseverance. Thanks to her hard work, she achieved her goal and returned home to her family. Congratulations to Rachel and her Care Team on their success!
